I offer three unique packages created as a weekly drop-off – strictly vegan or vegetarian options available.

I have united my 20 years of experience as a professional chef, yoga teacher, and student of Aryuvedic and other ancient wisdom philosophies to create this supportive plan for individuals healing from tender transitions in life, such as postpartum, grief, heartbreak, and physical healing.

I, myself, had two very different birth experiences. One slow, strong and natural home birth, and the other a very fast, fully medicated, emergency cesarean. These experiences, and how I yielded food to support my healing process was profoundly impactful. 

The nutrition in the first 40 days postpartum is incredibly powerful in the physical healing and mental clarity of new mothers. Having a child is a wild adventure and the first days of healing are a catalyst to set in motion so much more. I’d love to help more mothers get the important attention that they need during this special time.

Examples of what would be included:

Healing Congee
This is the backbone of postpartum healing. Soft grains suspended in a flavorful broth. Can be topped with savory or sweet accessories. 

Seasonal Soup
A good soup is like a warm hug when the body is healing. Made with all bio and local vegetables.

Bone Broth
Truly the most potent healer of the bunch. This Collagen fueled Qi-Vitality bone broth is mindfully crafted by Truebrodo here in CH, and made with 100% Bio Swiss bones and vegetables. *A mushroom-seaweed broth can be substituted for vegans and vegetarians. 

Golden Mama Ghee
Carefully made by hand with high quality Bio Swiss butter. This is a ghee you’ll want to add to everything, and your nervous system will thank you for it.

Nursing Snacks
High protein, lactation supportive snacks for the new mother. 

Crunchy Buckwheat Granola
This baked müsli is full of supportive nuts and seeds. Great on yogurt in the morning, or even taken by the handful as a midday snack.

Creamy Date Seed Mylk
a decadent sweet drink rich with magnesium.

Vanilla Dream Pudding
This decadent Chia based pudding can be breakfast or dessert and is served with a seasonal fruit compote.
