I have created three unique packages as a weekly drop-off that are designed to support your mind and body on this new journey.

The nutrition in the first 40 days postpartum is incredibly powerful in the physical healing and mental clarity of new mothers. Having a child is a wild adventure and the first days of healing are a catalyst to set in motion so much more. My job is to help more mothers get the important attention that they need during this special time.

I, myself, had two very different birth experiences. One slow, strong and natural home birth, and the other a very fast, fully medicated, emergency cesarean. These experiences, and how I yielded food to support my healing process was profoundly impactful.

Having united my 20 years of experience as a professional chef, yoga teacher, and student of a wide range of ancient wisdom philosophies, including Ayurveda, to create this supportive plan for each individual’s needs and available for all Tender Transitions in life, passages experienced, postpartum, grief, heartbreak or physical healing — the potency of nourishing meals that can support the nervous system is what I am bringing to the table.

After an introductory conversation I will tailor a special menu to your specific dietary needs with an always strong emphasis on nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory, lactation-supportive, and collagen-building foods that are key to aiding your body in this new transition.

Simple Healing Package

A week of nourishing options,  just for mama. (Bio, Demeter)

  • Golden Mama Ghee, Dream Pudding, Crunchy Buckwheat Granola, Nursing Snack, Bone Broth, Seasonal Soup & Congee.

    This package is designed for the mama that desires healing support, but also prioritizes flexibility. The Simple Healing Package gives the new mama a few nutrient-rich foundations to lean on, while still leaving space in her day for meal drop offs from friends and family. Ingredients are almost all certified Bio (often Demeter) and are made with regionally seasonal produce. Any animal ingredients are sourced in CH.

Nourished Support Package

A week of supportive food for mama and some to share. Plus, more nursing snacks! (Bio, Demeter)

  • Golden Mama Ghee, Dream Pudding, Crunchy Buckwheat Granola, Nursing Snacks, Bone Broth, Seasonal Soups, Sprouted Bread (GF), Congee, and a Nourishing drink

    This package is perfect for the mama that wants to feel completely supported nutritionally, and have options for plenty of variety offered throughout the week. Ingredients are almost all certified Bio (often Demeter) and are made with regionally seasonal produce. Any animal ingredients are sourced in CH.

Complete Support Package

One week of food for two or more! Individual customized care and In-home support. (Bio, Demeter)

  • This is the package for the Mama who wants to fully release and let go. The Mama that just needs a private chef to come and give customized care each week.

    The package includes everything that the Nourished Support Package includes, plus additional meals and snacks. The menu developed will be enough to support the whole family, and tailored to their specific diets and tastes. It also includes a day where I travel to your home with the meals, set it all up in your kitchen, serve lunch or dinner, do the dishes, hold your baby when you need a moment — whatever you need!

Examples of what would be included

 

Healing Congee
This is the backbone of postpartum healing. Soft grains suspended in a flavorful broth. I include a sweet or savory topping with each jar to bring this congee to the next level.

Seasonal Soup
A good soup is like a warm hug when the body is healing. Seasonal vegetables dictate the direction of each soup I make and flavor is always at the forefront.

Bone Broth
Truly the most potent healer of the bunch. This Collagen fueled Qi-Vitality bone broth is mindfully crafted by Truebrodo here in CH, and made with 100% Bio Swiss bones and vegetables.
*A mushroom-seaweed broth can be substituted for vegans and vegetarians.

Golden Mama Ghee
Carefully made by hand with high quality Bio Swiss butter. This is not your average ghee, and you’ll want to add it to literally everything — Your nervous system will thank you for it…

Nursing Snacks
High protein, lactation supportive snacks for the new mother. Examples include; Crunchy Peanut Freezer Fudge · Cumin Oat Biscuits · Cardamom Date Sesame Squares · and Dark Chocolate Cranberry Lactation Cookies. 

Crunchy Buckwheat Granola
This baked müsli is full of supportive fats and magnesium from nuts and seeds. Great on yogurt in the morning, or even taken by the handful as a midday snack.

Vanilla Dream Pudding
This decadent Chia based pudding can be breakfast or dessert and is served with a seasonal fruit compote.
